Messages From Gracon: How to move out of resistance and pain
Last week during a mentoring call with a client the messages from Gracon were almost counter-intuitive for this woman, but as we dug deeper into his messages it made complete sense.
Gracon delivered wisdom for moving up and out of resistance and pain. Not just physical pain but the emotional and spiritual pain that she’d been feeling for years.
During a reading or mentoring session Gracon spontaneously speaks for the highest good of all. It’s like having a three-way conversation between Gracon, myself, and the client.
Gracon always speaks for the healing of our bodies and the collective consciousness.
In this last session, he encouraged Sue, who had been struggling to release mental barriers that had been causing her physical pain related to symptoms from pelvic floor dysfunction and “chemical sensitivities”.
On the bright side, it can all be transformed!
What Gracon explained, there’s too much focus and attention being placed in the wrong direction and it’s causing the collective to not be able to heal and move forward from their challenges.
He suggests, “Instead of wondering what’s wrong and putting your attention on how to “heal” you should put your focus on how to love and accept yourself.”
As Sue questioned why she was so sensitive to foods and supplements and had very little things she could eat in order to nourish herself, Gracon offered the spiritual prescription and metaphysical cause related to her situation…
Gracon speaks in italics here:
“When you accept yourself and accept your divinity there is a vibration to that. There is a frequency to that. This energy of you not accepting yourself has manifest in your physical body. It’s exactly as you asked, “why won’t my body accept these things?”
So the answer out of that physical illness is… “why won’t you accept yourself?”
And when you look at it from this perspective, it really is quite silly that you struggle to choose self-acceptance. Do you see that?
Your body is nothing more than the vessel that houses your soul.
You are a spiritual being in a physical experience. Which is why you have to get out of the house and go to the beach and take pictures.
You are just “shoulding” all over yourself.
I should have done this and I should have done that. And the guilt and the shame for not doing it makes you continue to hold illness in your body.
How you break that cycle is you just stop doing it.
You can choose to see the Truth of your soul.
It is just that easy. You reach a place and a point when you say to yourself I’m just so tired of believing these lies about myself. I’m so tired of being this person that doesn’t love herself.
And you make a choice to start doing things to love yourself, to accept yourself. And the only way we know to do that is to do something that brings you joy. So you can experience more of your true self.
So what did you do this week to experience yourself as Joy?”
With an open heart Sue replied…
“Honest to God, I packed my little body up one day drove out to the beach, and it was on the weekend so there were scads of people. There were just too many people there. I couldn’t find a parking spot where I went.
But honest to goodness just driving by the beach and seeing the water and the sand and seeing the sun and seeing the people I felt like a million bucks when I got home. And that was not even getting out of the car.
I mean I have a whole different outlook from just that.
So if I get out the car and stick my feet in the sand and go to the edge of the water and experience it, or go see a sunset…
Maybe it is that easy?
“It is that easy, you just told us it was. You just experienced it, you felt it that day. You were aligning with all of creation which is you, in you, being you. Your soul knows the Truth. It is the Truth. You’re just letting the small-self run your life.”
When Sue recognized that the small-self was running the show she knew there was a deeper fear than not being able to find a parking space.
She admitted, “Well I was afraid I couldn’t walk the distance to the beach.” Aha…there it is…there’s the big fear.
So now we’re breaking it down bit by bit, piece by piece to help her break free from these mental barriers.
Gracon lovingly challenges her, “You know the ONLY way you are going to realize you can do it, is to do it.”
And here comes her biggest challenge…
Sue replied, “I have pain. I have pain!”
Gracon is tough-love Truth and he means it when he says, “It doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter. We have talked about that. We know you have pain. You might as well go to the beach. Would you rather have pain at the beach or have pain sitting at home?
Can you see that’s a pretty simple choice?
You went there and you tell me that you felt phenomenal, but then you were afraid you couldn’t walk so you faced one fear, you got there. You felt fantastic, and then, another small-self fear came in…
“I don’t think I can walk that far.”
That’s just the small-self in fear. Okay, you are in pain. So you get out of the car. You park and get out of the car and you walk. One of two things is going to happen. Either you are going to make it, or you’re not. And the Truth is do you really think you won’t make it. If you are already in pain, just go. Just do it. Because then you are going to realize that you can go there, that you can make it, and then your frequency changes. Do you get that?
You have to take action. They only way out of this for you is to take action. And you are just consumed by that fear. And the only way to change your frequency. You’re just staying in that fear frequency. So you need to go on a day that is not the weekend, and you have to just do it.
You have to physically get out and go and sit in the sand, sit on the beach and let yourself be connected to that.
Cause that’s a different vibration isn’t it?
And what you are doing by not doing it, you know, you’ll be surprised how many more things you’ll be able to tolerate. You don’t accept yourself so your life force energy has just shut down. Talking to a psychologist isn’t going to change that.
You have to take action. It’s just going to keep you stuck in your head. You can’t keep waiting to get it right, you have to just do it. God can only do for you what he can do thorough you. You’re waiting for something to change so you can go do it, but you have to go do it for something to change.
So take the actions to let him move through you. And to accept yourself.
You know what we are talking about here is you shifting your focus from the physical body to communing with your soul. And that’s what this is all about. The small self and the truth of who you are.
You are too focused on these ailments and physical things, and what this is all about is you beginning to recognize your soul and who you are. Do you understand that?“
Sue let it all soak in, every word that Gracon had to say. She recognized each word as Truth. She could feel it and she accepted 100% responsibility, and she replied,
“Yes. This isn’t an excuse but it is my observation. The pain has me in a cycle where I’m just feeding the pain. I don’t know why.
I don’t know why I’m beating myself up. I don’t understand it. My self talk needs some work.”
Gracon quickly replied:
“All you have to do is walk into the bathroom and look in the mirror and say, ‘I love you Sue’.
Just look at yourself and say I love you.
Let that be the voice. Let that be your self-talk. Let that be what you believe. Let that be what you listen too.”
And so it is!
This is where we’ll stop for right now because it’s time to allow this vibration to permeate your energy. and then it’s time to take action below.
With love and light,
1. Pick a fear that you would like to overcome.
Choose something that you feel is getting in the way of you having good health, or living your dream.
2.Create a plan to actually do the thing that you are afraid of doing.
Maybe you have a dream to write a book but it’s all still just an idea in your head. Create a plan of steps, what would it take for you to publish your book? It might be to outline chapter ideas, or hire a book coach, or talk to an editor. Make a list of the steps and then do the first one that you can do. And check it off your list
3. Celebrate yourself for taking action!
Keep a list of all your small wins, feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
I’d love to hear from you.
What fear are you trying to break through?
What new steps are you going to take?
Where can you find support to help you remove the obstacles that are preventing you from living with health, happiness, and inner peace?
