How the Session Works
Sessions are conducted by phone (U.S.) or Zoom (audio only for international clients), in a private, focused setting.
Martha works directly with what’s happening in your body and field—identifying patterns, making targeted adjustments, and supporting integration so things can begin to shift.
You don’t need to prepare or do anything in advance.
Most people experience greater clarity, a sense of grounding, or a noticeable shift during or after the session. Each experience is different, but the focus is always on understanding what’s going on and helping your system move forward.
